The Story
Every bottle of Aviation Gin is handcrafted in small 100-case batches at the House Spirits Distillery in Portland, Oregon by master distillers Christian Krogstad and Andrew Tice. Like the world's finest gins, Aviation is distilled using a proprietary maceration process that produces a pure medley of botanical flavour.
A unique combination of carefully selected botanicals are used to create a gin that coats the glass with slow-moving tears. On the nose, spiciness up front, layered with citrus zest, juniper and floral notes; full, warm and viscous with sweet/spicy notes emerging mid-palate followed by a long, sweet and spicy finish.
