Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) embodies the perfect harmony of powerful and elegant aromas. Composed of eaux-de-vie, a clear and colourless fruit brandy, coming exclusively from the highest-quality vineyards of Cognac, the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eaux-de-vie offer an exceptional ageing potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne.
Appearance: Bright copper-gold in colour.
Nose: Dominant notes of vanilla, followed by ripe apricot, baked apple, and an elegant floral note.
Palate: Well balanced and structured, harmony between ripe fruit and subtle notes of liquorice, ending with a long and satisfying finish.
