Saveurs Du Temps' winery is set on the right bank of the Rhône, close to the Mediterranean sea and the Roman city of Nîmes. The vines are situated on a very healthy terroir thanks to dry, warm weather and a soil covered with rolled pebbles, with the 2,700 hectares of sustainably-farmed vineyard extending in a complete circle around the city of Nimes.
Crisp and refreshing with notes of melon and pineapple. Decent minerality on the palate with a smooth finish, balanced and crisp.
